1. How to register?

To register, click 'Register' on the navigation bar above. Only AIHS and BMIHMS Alumni should register.

Upon confirmation of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. Click on the link to activate your account.

2. I forgot my username / password.

To retrieve your username or to reset your password, click 'Sign In' on the homepage. You will see a login area on the right. Click on 'Forgot Your Password?' and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. How do I update my profile?

Sign in to your account and click 'Manage Profile' on the right under 'My Profile'. Click 'Edit My Profile' and insert your current details. Remember to update any changes in your email addresses regularly to receive latest updates on Alumni news, happenings and events.

4. Why should I register with a class or group?

You will be able to network directly with all members of your Class/Graduation.

5. How do I join  a class or group?

Click 'Schools' on the top navigation bar and choose the school you graduated from (AIHS or BMIHMS). Choose the relevant class to join.

6. I'm identified as a lost member

This means that you are in our database but your data has not been updated for a while. Please register to create a profile with your most current details, and to network and reconnect with your classmates.

7. If I know a lost member, what should I do?

Email us the details of the person.

8. I'd like to contribute to a Class page.

Send us an email and we will guide you through the first steps. We welcome contributions and are thankful for your support and participation.

9. I want to recommend the schools to my friends, who should be contacted?

You can ask your friend to visit the schools' websites.

10. I am having problems viewing the site.

Try to 'Clear Cache' in your browser under your browser's 'Options' or 'Preferences' menu. Delete your cookies.
