Join Dr Kelley Yates, Head of Delivery, Research and Innovation at Trevor-Roberts, to explore the concept of change, why change can be challenging, and how our brains respond and adapt to change. Kelley has a PhD in Organisational Psychology and for the past 15 years has helped organisations to develop the capability, performance, engagement and wellbeing of their people. She also has extensive experience in supporting organisations and individuals through change.

This session is full of “aha” moments and is recommended for anyone going through change, or wanting to support others.
