1. How to register?

To register, click 'Register' on the navigation bar above. Only AIHS and BMIHMS Alumni should register.

Upon confirmation of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link. Click on the link to activate your account.

2. I forgot my username / password.

To retrieve your username or to reset your password, click 'Sign In' on the homepage. You will see a login area on the right. Click on 'Forgot Your Password?' and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. How do I update my profile?

Sign in to your account and click 'Manage Profile' on the right under 'My Profile'. Click 'Edit My Profile' and insert your current details. Remember to update any changes in your email addresses regularly to receive latest updates on Alumni news, happenings and events.

4. Why should I join a Global Chapter in my area?

This is a great chance to build you Alumni network in your own geographic area.

5. How do I join a Global Chapter?

After you have logged in, select 'Groups' on the top navigation bar and choose the Global Chapter group that is relevant to your area.

6. I am having problems viewing the site.

Try to 'Clear Cache' in your browser under your browser's 'Options' or 'Preferences' menu. Delete your cookies.
